Education: We are dedicated to furthering the awareness and understanding of dramatic arts in Minot and the surrounding communities.
Commitment: We expect our members to hold themselves responsible for their self-selected obligations.
Communication: The key to any successful venture is the communication process. We believe in open, accessible, and effective communication.
Honesty: We promote honesty in our volunteers. The more honest a volunteer is, the more professional the outcome and the more quality the production.
Integrity: We believe in holding one's self to the same or higher standards as we expect from others.
Respect: Everyone's opinions are welcomed and valued even when they differ. Through mutual respect by and for our members, we believe everyone's full potential can be realized.
Goals / Vision:
To increase our membership especially males.
To promote inter-working relationships with other theater groups.
To find new and creative marketing opportunities.
To continually set and evaluate our short term goals.
To support and promote Artspace.
To increase awareness and respect for theater within the communities.
To keep our existing members ambitious and involved.
To set the standard in theater by maintaining a professional atmosphere.
To have our own theater location.
To replace our stage.
